Thanks to a great working relationship with sub-contractors on previous projects, Bul interiors were referred to Crownage developments. A close working relationship with one another during the tender process, allowed our estimating team to assist in developing cost effective solutions for both the drylining and external packages. This collaborative approach resulted in 129 apartments being delivered on time with completion in late 2023.
